The farm itself dates back to the first settlers in 1699. Beautifully landscaped garden with swimming pool and slide, Playground and Treasure Island on the dam with Pirate ship - is the best entertainment area for children and adults!
Thirteen different stylish cottages with all necessary facilities -
Coffee stations, air-conditioning, fridges, telephones, internet, private terrace with braai. The cottages are Serviced on a daily bases.

Based on B&B, we offer room service to all our guests - the meals can be delivered at the cottages or guests can eat in our rustic styled breakfast room.

Stellenbosch bei Kapstadt

Stellenbosch, benannt nach Simon van der Stel, wurde 1679 gegründet und ist damit die zweitälteste Stadt Südafrikas. Stellenbosch liegt am Eerste River, 111 m über dem Meer, in einem sehr fruchtbaren Tal. Die zweitälteste Stadt Südafrikas beherbergt an die 40.000 Einwohner. Bekannt wurde Stellenbosch als Zentrum eines der besten südafrikanischen Weinanbaugebiete und als Sitz der renommierten Stellenbosch-Universität (1918 gegründet, knapp 13.000 Studenten).

Außerdem ist Stellenbosch berühmt für seinen Reichtum an historischer Bausubstanz. Von allen Siedlungen, die am Kap während der Zeit der Holländisch-Ostindischen Handelskompanie gegründet wurden, ist die Innenstadt von Stellenbosch am besten erhalten geblieben. So kann man in diesem idyllisch gelegenen Städtchen hervorragende Zeugnisse kapholländischer, aber auch georgianischer und viktorianischer Architektur sehen.
